Raw materials:

1)    Top and center ring material are mainly high-carbon stainless steel, high-performance alloy gray iron, ductile iron and low alloy spring steel.

2)    3-piece steel assembly oil rings are commonly used for gasoline engines, accompanied by 2-piece cast iron or ductile oil rings as second choice.

3)    For diesel engine oil rings, it generally consists of spring expander plus cast iron, ductile iron or nitriding oil ring assembly.

Processing equipment accomplished 80% numerical control, 15% automotive production with 5% manual operation.

The constant 6 sigma quality system is being conducted, with CPK rate as the evaluation standard aiming to achieve 0 defect productions.
