*Introduction of the sand faced iron mould casting process technique 
The sand faced iron mould casting process technique is a new process method, the inner of the flask is made into the casting's shape(we called it metal mould), there is a thin layer vacant (the thickness is 6~10mm)between the metal mould and the flask's inner surface, then we cover the resin sand on the surface of the metal mould with the resin sand covering machine, the final forming resin sand layer facing the flask surface is 6~10mm, the solidified sand layer could hold up the flask, it is no easy to move back and fulfills rigid cast. Such a process method is the combination of metal casting and regular sand casting, the metal mould is as the same as common sand mould, each product needs a special mould.
