Product Description:

This product is used to match welded ram bridge shell on various autos and drive bridge of engineering machinery. The various hollow spindles made up of solid bars using technology of war industry, after gone through medium frequency heating process, are directly extruded inside the closed moulds on the press. Comparing with the traditional solid spindles, produced by forge hammer, the new product needs less or even no inner surface processing, saving a great deal of manpower and material consumption. And it has an excellent metal streamline, fine and close tissue, and good fatigue resistance. Totally over one million tests have been done for that on the test-bed.
