Processing technology advantages: 
(1) Axle beam is made of 20Mn2 seamless pipe to ensure the strong capacity. 
(2) Axle spindle is processed by solid forging to make sure the strong strength 
(3) Axle spindle is processed by digital controlled lathe to keep the bearing be at the same level. 
(4) Axle body is processed by the double sides, single hole boring lathe and double sides three holes to insure the concentricity of the whole axle. 
(5) Axle spindle is connected by the submerged 
Arc welding technology to make sure the whole beam be reliable. 
(6) Axle adopt no-asbestos brake materials, thus the axle is environmental and to improve the axle safety standard.
