1. Working Principle
This auto door mechanism uses a pneumatic cylinder to realize close and open actions of door through a single piston rod and a crankpin system. Each door panel is controlled by the separate cylinder; the door gliding speed could be adjusted; the door is also equipped with cushioning function during door opening and anti-clamp function during door closing.
The movements of the cylinder are controlled by solenoid valve, which could easily change its working conditions when the power is on. When the door is under opening or closing conditions, it is unnecessary to supply the power for the solenoid valve
During closing action of door, if door movement is interrupted by somebody or something, the control box shall work to change the working condition of solenoid valve to open the door.
