Designed to perform
KVR’S Radiator are designed to perform under working conditions -50degree up to 90degreeand a variation of pressure from 0.5 up to 2.0 bar
KVR’S intercoolers are designed to perform under working conditions -50degreeup to 180degreeand variation of pressures from 0.5 to 2.0 bar(g), Our truck intercoolers are made entirely of aluminum. The specially –cut side panels resist the stress caused by high temperatures.
Moreover. KVR’S Radiator plastic tanks are reinforced and made of plastic containing at least 30-35% fiber glass. The materials type is always indicated on the tank surface. No recycled plastics are used in our tanks
All KVR ‘S Truck intercoolers are welded,using a special technique which ensures that the welding seam is very strong and more durable than traditionally welded intercoolers.
Perfectly finished in every details
Prefect finish is a matter of course for all components such as water tanks, gaskets, thread, bolts, mounting brackets etc., this is a visible difference characterizing all KVR engine components
Our engine cooling components smoothly fit the mounting points on the vehicle and are recognized as spare parts matching OE standards 100 percentage .The radiator’s fixed connections, overflow pipes and no fault tolerance as to length , diameter and bending angle ensure the right part dimensions and shape, enabling a firm and easy installation.

KVR.S engine cooling parts are solidly packed to minimize the risk of damage during transport and storage, Our specially designed KVR box makes it very easy to handle KVR’s product and package are visibly marked with labels including the most important product information number,application, bar code, core size, transmission
Leakage tested
KVR’S radiators are pressure-impulse tested with minimum 60,000 impulses for car applications and 100,000 impulses for truck applications, the water/oil medium being under a pressure of 0.5 to 2.0 bar, and the temperature being 95degree
KVR’S Truck intercoolers with aluminum tanks are tested at 500,000 impulses, the water/oil medium being under a pressure of 0 to 2.0 bar and the temperature being 18 0degree
Lift tested
KVR’S radiators and intercoolers are tested in a real-life test by vibration(consisting of at least 2 mio.vibrations in a 22 hours cycle), and by thermal expansion(checking the resistance to wide fluctuations of temperature):by exposing the radiator to the impact of cold and heat, causing expansion and contraction: for car radiators/intercoolers with aluminum tanks in a 1000 cycle test-and for truck radiators/intercoolers with plastic tanks in a 1500 cycle test.
Radiators and intercoolers are also tested in thermal and pressure –loss tests, and in addition the intercooler is subjected to a bursting test carried out to check the durability at a pressure up to 6-8 bar.
Corrosion tested
To test the durability of KVR’s radiators and intercoolers in tough weather conditions e.g.high humidity levels, moisture and salt .all types are exposed to a corrosion test with a salt solution for the minimum of 400 hours, and with a pressure level between 0.8 and 1.2 bar.

Test Laboratory
Products from both the AUTO and OEM divisions are thoroughly tested at KVR'S own test lab before being released for the markets. The lab has all the facilities needed for testing quality, functionality, and durability. This is verified by measuring key elements such as cooling capacity, pressure strength, thermal strength, vibration resistance, and corrosion resistance. This ensures that all products perform at their best, and comply with given standards and specifications.
As the test facilities are also used for the development of new cooling systems, KVR is always in a position to offer state of the art solutions.
