Advantages and Mature of Product

The other is CBE type, with flat-shaped cooling pipes, using a welding molding, efficient, and suitable for varieties models and specification. Mow the Europe and America generally adopt it, The CBE type is divided into NOCOLOCK soldering, chloride furnace soldering and vacuum soldering. Among them, the chloride furnace soldering has basically been eliminated. Now the commonly used method are vacuum brazing and NOCOLOK soldering, while the NOCOLOK type is better than vacuum soldering. Because the vacuum soldering is constrained by time and mass production, while NOCOLOK equipments is tunnel soldering furnance, radiator is free from the constraints of time, which is suitable for mass production, As the constant development of the automobile industry ,market demand is also growing.
