KVRS radiators and intercoolers are tested in a real~life test by vibration(consisting of at least 2 mio.vibrations in a 22 hours cycle), and by thermal expansion(checking the resistance to wide fluctuations of temperature):by exposing the radiator
to the impact of cold and heat, causing expansion and contraction: for car radiators/intercoolers
with aluminum tanks in a 1000 cycle test~and for truck radiators/intercoolers with plastic tanks 
in a 1500 cycle test.

Radiators and intercoolers are also tested in thermal and pressure loss tests, and in addition the 
intercooler is subjected to a bursting test carried out to check the durability at a pressure up to 6-8 bar.
