Q1: Any discount possible if I place an order?

A:Yes.we have different price ranges (discounts) based on different quantities per batch. Please contact

Q2: Is the MOQ negotiable? 

A: For mass production orders / Custom-made orders, the quantity need to meet or be above our MOQ requirements. For stock items (our standard items), order quantity is negotiable.

Q3: Can you  provide samples ?

Yes, we can provide the samples per your requirements, but not for free, and the shipping duty need to be covered by our customers.

Q4: How long is the lead time?

A: It depends on different quantity and different items. We will do our best to finish all of your orders within the shortest time.

Q5: Are customized products accepted?

A: Yes. You conceive, we achieve. Just give us a rough idea, we can provide you with completed products.

Q6: How about the payment terms?

A: We accept T/T, Western Union transfer, L/C, Paypal, etc.

Q7: What certificates have you got?

We do have CE, FCC, EMC, ROHS and ISO9001 certificates, as well as many patents for function and design.

Q8: What if the  products  are defected after we get them ?

A: We will do 100% inspection before delivery. And if any items defected when it arrive your company, we are responsible for the replacement.

A: Quality warranty within 12 months, which can be longer upon request, but the cost need to be re-negotiate. Consumable parts are not within the scope of the warranty.

B: Any artificial or natural damage to the appearance will be beyond free warranty service. All expenditures caused shall be covered by customers.

C: It is not allowed for the customers to open the machine for testing or repairing parts, please do not open it by yourself.

D: Don't hesitate to contact us or our agent if something wrong with our product.

E: For all headrest siries products the working voltage is 12V-24V, tolerance  +-3V is acceptable. Please let us know if the your power voltage is beyond this range before you install or purchase. We also provide transformer. Option: we can change the product's working voltage upon your request.
