1)Material: Gray iron HT250, Meet the American Standard G3000, Also offer ductile cast iron. 

2) Designer: Technical expert take in charge of making drawings for the sample offered by client.

3) Test requriment: Each piece should be strictly tested, Eg. Brake Drum Blance Test, Round Jumpness Test .

4) Casting: Automatic production line including sand mixing, moulding and pouring.

5) Machining: Brake drums are produced by CNC machining.

6) Inspection: Advance test equipment including CMM, tensile strength testing machine, hardness tester, spectrometer, parallel tester, etc.

7) Chermical composition:

C:3.0-3.3%  Si:1.6-1.9%  Mn:0.7-0.9%   P:<0.12%    S<0.12%
