Product Description:

YWZ6 series industrial brake was supplied by SYMEE,China.

Main Design Features: 

 1) Safe and reliable performances, smooth braking, high frequency of action. 

 2) No needs to adjust the interlocking equal clearance device which will always keep the clear once equal both sides of the brake shoes during application. The phenomena of brake linings sticking to the drum at one side due to the uneven clearance can be totally avoided and an automatic shoe follower device is also equipped. 

 3) Main waging hinged points are equally equipped with self lubricated bearings which give high efficiency of transmission and long service life and need no lubrication during application. 

 4) The installation of brake linings and brake shoes adopts insertion method which is safe and reliable and is simple and quick for replacement. 

Additional equipments: 

 1/ Manual release device 

 2/ Released or closed limit Switch can indicate the signal of whether the brake is normally released or closed limit Switch can indicate the signal of whether the brake is normally released or closed. 

 3/ Drum brakes can be added with brake linings automatic wear compensation device (single direction bearing is imported from Germany), which can realize step less automatic compensation for shoe clearance and brake torque when the brake linings are worn. 

 4/ Meanwhile, It can be added with wear approach switch for brake linings which can indicate the signal when the brake linings wear to the extreme value. 

 5/ Drum brakes can realize delayed release or close driven by Ed series thrusters with time delay vales(s).
