Our yearly production capacity is 4 million pieces: The casting capability of foundry is 50, 000 tons. The Quality System Certificate of TS 16949 was awarded in April 2004 and July 2007.

In order to expand our business with our foreign market and gain more customers, we established Shanghai Oetex Auto Parts Co., Ltd in 2005. Our manufacturer mainly equipments for producing are two sets " KOYO" fully automatic vertical molding line and two sets SMS 7060R "KOYO" fully automatic horizontal molding line from Japan; One set 1.5T/H and three sets 3T/H electric furnace imported from U. S. A, two 5 T/H furnace cupolas and 30 sets of maching equipments, in which 160 sets are CNC machines, CNC center for molds development; Our testing equipment including one set of Foundry Spectrovac FSQ spectrometer from U. S. A and one OBLF spectrometer from Germany, one set three-dimensional COMERO, automatic balancing machines, the physics test, chemistry analysis, metallographic analysis, spectrum analysis and dynamic equilibrium test can keep the quality of disc being in the advenced level in China.
