Description:

AC servo motor

This high precision 220v,380v servo motor is the most recent release in the Universal AC servo system that was produced by HUND Technology.

The power range of the unit is rated at 200W ~ 5.5Kw, through both pulse and analog quality signal control and through technology which breaks continuously to significantly improve the performance of the product which meets the functional requirements of the universal industrial machine. Additional features include: strong overload, instantaneous torque with up to three times the overload, which overcomes the inertia moment loads at the moment of initiation. There is inbuilt resonance suppression function which is able to effectively suppress the resonance phenomenon of the mechanical structure. The superior high speed points to the performance. The speed response is greater than 650 Hz and the speed ranges from -3000r/min to 3000r/min. Acceleration time stands at just 6ms. There are a full range of models that are in built in braking unit with a breaking resistor.

1.Speed range: the maximum speed reaches to 5000r/m, the minimum speed can reach to 0.1r/m when stable running.

2.Mechanical resonance inhibiting function: it can set two trapping points to eliminate two mechanical resonance frequencies.

3.Rapid dynamic response: bandwidth of speed loop is up to 500Hz, speed of load is micro-variation when the load is fluctuating.

4.High accuracy of position control: difference of dynamic tracking is small, rapid location without trailing when running at high speed. Non-vibration when stopped.

5.Six control mode: Position  mode, speed mode, torque mode, position/speed mode, speed/torque mode, position/torque mode. Pulse output can be divide to any value, and the frequency of divided pulse is stable and precise.

6.Built-in breaking resistance: All series internally installed breaking units and resistances.
