Results show that diesel engine smoke emission is improved with turbo-charger GT35,especially under low speed-increasing torque and heavy load-increasing speedtransient operating conditions. Under other transient operating conditions, transientsmoke emission of engine with turbo-charger GT35 are lower than those withturbo-charger TBP4. But air/fuel ratio, torque and fuel consumption parametersof turbo-charger GT35 are inferior to those of turbo-charger TBP4 under high speed-fullload operating conditions.
